The role involves coordinating with maintenance teams, processing service requests, and assisting with move-in/move-out inspections to uphold high standard of living for residents.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–3 years of leasing, bookkeeping, operations or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager with daily property operations and admin tasks.
• Coordinate leasing activities, show vacant units and explain amenities to prospective residents.
• Prepare and process leases, security deposits and rent payments.
• Respond to resident maintenance requests and supervise maintenance staff as needed.
• Assist with move-in/move-out inspections and ensure readiness of units.
