• 2-3 years of leasing, bookkeeping, operations and customer service experience.
• Familiarity with property management processes and leasing policies.
• Ability to supervise and assist staff and ensure regulatory compliance.

Responsabilités

• Assist the General Manager with property administration and daily operations.
• Support management of on-site staff and training of associates.
• Oversee leasing activities, show vacant units and process applications.
• Handle move-in/move-out inspections and ensure condition of apartments.
• Monitor rent collection, delinquency, and coordination with Corporate Office.
