Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Undergraduate Degree or Associate Degree in General Studies required.
• 3–4 years of supervisory experience in property management required.
• Fair housing laws, Microsoft Office and leadership skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the apartment community, including leasing, occupancy, maintenance, and staff management.
• Coordinate communication between property staff and Corporate Office; complete performance evaluations.
• Assist with budget, vendor contracts, and on-site software systems training; prepare purchase orders.
