Job summary

LyvWell Apartments seeks a Property Manager to supervise daily operations of Webster Eleven, ensuring high NOI while maintaining property quality and service. You will oversee leasing, maintenance, and staff performance, coordinating with corporate on policy compliance and budgeting.

The role requires 3-4 years in supervision within property management, knowledge of fair housing laws, and proficiency with Yardi and Microsoft Office. On-site responsibilities and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of required experience in a supervisory role and Property Management.
• Familiarity with housing quality standards and competitive markets.
• Preferred certifications: ARM, CPM, CAM, or IREM.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily operations of an apartment community, including leasing and occupancy.
• Manages maintenance and capital improvement projects to protect assets and NOI.
• Prepares operating budgets and variance reports; reviews with Regional Manager.
