Qualifications

• 3+ years of site operations management experience.
• Certified Tax Credits or Certified Occupancy Specialist required; Blended Occupancy Specialist preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and ability to travel between work locations.
• Proficient in property management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage property budgets with forecasting.
• Ensure full occupancy and prompt vacancy filling.
• Collect rents on time and post deposits daily in Skyline.
• Maintain tenant files in compliance with governing documents.
• Administer delinquency notices and initiate eviction proceedings.
• Hire, train, and develop property staff.
