Greystar Real Estate Partners, LLC is seeking a Property Manager for a 224-unit mid-rise community in Mount Pleasant, SC. You will oversee day-to-day property operations, manage staff, monitor budgets, analyze financial performance, and ensure compliance with policies and laws.

You will set rental rates, collect rents, review financial reports, supervise maintenance, and lead leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals while delivering excellent resident service.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant property management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with ability to lead and work independently.

Mansioni

• Analyze financial statements and budgets to support property budgeting.
• Set rents, ensure timely collection and posting of rent/fees, and review monthly financial reports.
• Approve invoices and manage vendor communications and payments.
• Control expenditures within the approved budget and oversee petty cash and reconciliations.
• Oversee the leasing process, applications, renewals, inspections, and notices as required by the lease.
• Develop marketing and leasing strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Promote resident satisfaction by addressing complaints and service requests promptly.
• Supervise staff, hire, orient, train, and evaluate performance.
• Manage owner relationships and provide updates on property performance.
