Greystar, a leading global real estate platform, seeks a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at a Garden community in South Carolina. You will guide the team, manage budgets, optimize revenues, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and company standards.

Responsibilities include leasing oversight, vendor management, resident relations, inspections, and staff supervision. Strong communication and leadership are essential to drive occupancy and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate or related field.
• 4–6 years minimum in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with leadership abilities.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day operations of an assigned property and the property team.
• Assist in budgeting, rent setting, revenue tracking, and financial reporting.
• Approve vendor invoices, ensure insurance certificates, and coordinate communications.
• Monitor expenditures within budget and oversee petty cash.
• Oversee lease enforcement, applications, renewals, inspections, and notices.
• Develop market/occupancy strategies based on trends and analytics.
• Promote resident satisfaction and address service requests promptly.
• Supervise staff, hire/train, and manage performance.
• Maintain property safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal.
• Engage with owners/clients, provide performance updates, and respond to requests.
