Greystar is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at a Mount Pleasant community. The role includes budget development, financial monitoring, and ensuring compliance with policies and laws.

You will lead a property team, manage leasing, maintenance, and owner communications, and drive occupancy and revenue goals. A strong background in real estate operations and vendor management is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently, as a leader, and as a team member.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of an assigned property and team to achieve budgeted goals.
• Develop and monitor budgets, analyze financial statements, and review marketing information.
• Approve invoices, manage vendor communications, and ensure insurance certificates are valid.
• Oversee leasing, rent collection, and renewal processes to achieve occupancy targets.
• Conduct property inspections and ensure safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal.
