Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Property Manager to lead day-to-day operations at a Greenville, SC property. You will manage the team, budget, leasing, and financial performance while ensuring adherence to policies, Fair Housing, ADA, and applicable regulations.

Strong leadership and customer service are essential. Responsibilities include budget development, rent collection, vendor management, and coordination of maintenance.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum property management and related experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently, as a leader, and as a team member.

Mansioni

• Develop and manage property budgets and financial statements.
• Set rent rates, collect rents, and review monthly financials.
• Approve invoices and manage vendor communications and insurance validation.
• Control expenditures within the approved budget and maintain cash funds.
• Oversee leasing process, applications, renewals, and notices.
• Analyze market trends and implement marketing and leasing strategies.
• Promote resident satisfaction and address service issues promptly.
• Supervise staff, hire, orient, train, and evaluate performance.
• Assist in managing owner relationships and property tours.
• Complete accounting, financial, and administrative reports.
