Greystar Real Estate Partners, LLC seeks a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a 82-unit townhome community in Bluffton, SC. You will lead the on-site team, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with housing laws while delivering strong occupancy and revenue results.

The role requires a 4–6 year background in property management, a relevant degree, and Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant property management and sales experience.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with leadership ability.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property and lead the on-site team to meet budgeted financial and operational goals.
• Set rent rates, collect and post rents, and review monthly financial status reports.
• Approve invoices and coordinate with vendors, contractors, and accounting; ensure insurance certificates.
• Oversee lease enforcement, inspections, notices, and renewals; manage occupancy and revenue goals.
• Analyze market trends and implement short- and long-range marketing and leasing strategies.
• Promote resident satisfaction by addressing complaints and service requests promptly; supervise maintenance staff.
