Qualifications

• Minimum two years of property management experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Yardi preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, supervise on-site staff to meet property goals.
• Maintain leasing office atmosphere and resident relations.
• Coordinate annual and long-range business plans and budgets.
• Maintain resident records and update rents and charges daily.
• Process move-ins/move-outs in Yardi and handle deposits.
• Perform month-end close and prepare management reports.
