Apartment-Management-Consultants is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and manage resources to meet budgeted goals. You will coordinate maintenance, hire staff, enforce policies, and drive leasing and resident relations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to exercise sound judgment.
• Self-motivated with attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain positive relationships with internal and external contacts.
• Knowledge in Fair Housing.

Responsibilities

• Operate the property within financial guidelines.
• Perform daily physical inspections and coordinate with maintenance.
• Supervise all staff including scheduling and conflict resolution.
• Interview and hire property employees.
• Ensure policies and procedures are upheld and infractions reported.
• Meet leasing objectives using proper sales techniques including first-hand leasing.
• Address resident requests with sound discretion.
• Handle administrative duties including required reporting.
• Design and maintain a resident retention program and events.
• Develop marketing/advertising concepts for staff to implement.
• Ensure OSHA, Fair housing, and safety policy compliance.
• Investigate and report incidents involving residents, staff, vendors.
