Responsibilities

• Market and show rental properties; respond to inquiries and schedule showings.
• Process rental applications and tenant screening per policies.
• Prepare and execute leases, renewals, and move-in documents.
• Coordinate maintenance and vendor management across properties.
• Maintain accurate records of leases, payments, and inspections.
• Ensure compliance with fair housing laws and company policies.
