The role reports to the Regional Manager, is exempt, and requires strong leadership and operational oversight to maintain high resident satisfaction and ensure owner objectives are met.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel; able to conduct internet searches and use online calendars/databases.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day leasing operations.
• Inspect community regularly and verify vacant units to minimize rental arrears.
• Oversee long-range capital improvements planning and financial reporting.
• Ensure all monies are deposited and recorded daily with proper bookkeeping.
