Qualifications

• Progressive property management & leasing experience with supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional resident service and foster strong tenant relations.

• Assist in budget controls, marketing outreach, and capital projects.
• Support rent collection, delinquent rents, and record maintenance.
• Coordinate vendor scheduling and capital improvements as needed.
