Job summary

Automatic Data Processing, Inc. is seeking an organized, tech-savvy Property Manager to oversee daily operations for our apartment complexes in Rantoul. You will use AppFolio to manage financial records, leases, and maintenance coordination, aiming to maximize property value and occupancy.

The role requires proven property management experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver's license for site visits. PTO and paid holidays follow a 90-day probation period.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as a property manager or similar residential leasing role.
• High school diploma or GED completed.
• Proficiency with AppFolio software for rent collection, tenant records and maintenance requests.
• Valid driver's license to travel to multiple locations.
• PTO and paid holidays after a 90-day probation period.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for apartment complexes across Rantoul.
• Utilize AppFolio to track rent collection and generate reports.
• Conduct leasing activities: advertise units, show properties, process applications and sign leases.
• Coordinate with maintenance director and supervise vendor work.
• Enforce lease terms and ensure compliance with local housing regulations.
