Job summary

Cornerstone Residential is seeking a Property Manager to lead resident services and oversee daily operations for an assigned residential property. You will manage leasing activity, renewals, collections, financial reporting, and team coordination to meet budgeted goals while adhering to applicable laws.

The role requires overseeing a team, maintaining occupancy, and ensuring compliance with company policies and housing regulations, with a schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 am–6 pm.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of multi-family LIHTC property management experience.
• Working knowledge of OneSite or other property management software.
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proven ability to market properties.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day property operations.
• Oversee leasing activity, renewals and collections.
• Prepare weekly/monthly property status reports.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations governing multi-family housing.
• Supervise property staff and coordinate ongoing training.
• Coordinate with maintenance to manage repairs and safety.
