Job summary

Cornerstone Residential is seeking a proactive Property Manager to lead operations at an assigned residential property in Mount Vernon, WA. You will oversee leasing activity, renewals, collections, financial reporting, supplies and communications while ensuring compliance with policies and multi-family housing laws.

You will manage the day-to-day team, coordinate maintenance, monitor expenditures, and drive resident satisfaction to maintain high occupancy and strong property performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1–2 years’ experience as a multi-family LIHTC property manager is required.
• Working knowledge of OneSite or other property management software is required.
• Must have reliable transportation, auto insurance, and a valid driver's license.
• Proven ability to market properties is required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
• HUD/LIHTC experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day property operations and staff.
• Oversee maintenance with the maintenance team and ensure timely work orders.
• Maintain financial records, invoices, rent rolls, and reports.
• Ensure rent and charges are collected and notices are served as required.
• Supervise staff, training, and performance reviews.
• Lead marketing activities to improve occupancy and leasing.
