Job summary

Cornerstone Residential is seeking a Property Manager to lead resident service, oversee daily operations, leasing, renewals, and financial reporting for an assigned residential property. The role emphasizes compliant operations under Fair Housing, ADA, and other regulations, with a strong focus on occupancy, revenue, and community standards.

You will supervise the leasing team, coordinate maintenance, ensure timely rent collection, prepare reports, and maintain vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience as a multi-family LIHTC property manager.
• Working knowledge of OneSite or other property management software.
• Must have reliable transportation, maintain auto insurance, and have a valid driver’s license.
• Proven ability to market properties.
• HUD/LIHTC experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property.
• Inspect property and monitor vacant units.
• Oversee leasing, renewals, and rent collection.
• Prepare financial reports and maintain records.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, and other laws.
