Job summary

Cornerstone Residential, a leading property management company, is seeking a Property Manager for a full-time, on-site role in the Northwest. You will oversee day-to-day operations, leasing activity, renewals, collections, financial reporting, and resident communications to meet budgeted goals.

The position requires 1–2 years’ LIHTC multi-family experience, HUD/LIHTC knowledge, and proficiency with OneSite or similar software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years’ experience as a multi-family LIHTC property manager.
• HUD/LIHTC experience.
• Working knowledge of OneSite or similar PM software.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong marketing and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations and property performance.
• Oversee leasing activity, renewals, and collections.
• Prepare financial reports and property communications.
• Supervise staff and maintain safety compliance.
• Ensure timely rent collection and proper notices.
• Coordinate with maintenance and vendors.
• Develop resident retention and community programs.
