Job summary

Cornerstone Residential is seeking a Property Manager to lead daily operations of an assigned residential property in Georgia. You will oversee leasing, renewals, collections, and financial reporting while guiding a team to meet budgeted goals and maintain compliance with housing laws.

Responsibilities include managing maintenance with the team, ensuring timely rent collection, and creating a positive resident experience that supports occupancy and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years of experience as a multi-family LIHTC property manager preferred.
• Must have HUD/LIHTC experience and strong communication skills.
• Proven ability to market properties and serve residents effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property, including staffing and budgeting.
• Inspect property and manage make-ready units for new residents.
• Oversee leasing, renewals, collections, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, and other regulations.
