Job summary

CRM Residential is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all operations of a property, including financials, leasing, maintenance, and personnel. You will drive NOI, manage budgets, and lead on-site staff with a focus on compliance and excellent resident service.

The role requires 3 years of property management experience, HUD/Tax Credit exposure, and strong communication skills. A background in Real Page/OneSite is beneficial; a college degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3 years of management experience in property management or related field.
• HUD/Tax Credit experience required (3 years).
• Ability to read and write English fluently.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations to meet cash flow objectives.
• Maximize occupancy and minimize vacancy through leasing activities.
• Prepare monthly close and annual budget with Regional Manager.
• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate vendor visits.
• Hire/train staff and enforce nondiscriminatory policies.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
