Job summary

Southern Management Co. is seeking an on-site leader to assist the property manager in daily operations, team development, and ensuring policy compliance.

You will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and managing leasing, service coordination, and administrative tasks. The role requires strong communication, leadership abilities, and knowledge of property management practices, with experience in budgeting and on-site operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the property manager in overall operations of the community.
• Assist in hiring, training, coaching and managing of team.
• Ensure Southern Management policies and procedures are upheld.
• Support marketing and sales efforts on-site.
• Perform leasing, administrative, bookkeeping and collections duties as needed.
• Respond to emergencies and stay informed on industry trends.
• Contribute to community engagement and events.
• Assist in preparing annual budgets and community plans.
