Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all on-site operations of a housing community under the Regional Manager. You will supervise staff across leasing, maintenance, finance, and administration, ensuring safety and fair housing compliance.

You will develop annual operating budgets, marketing plans, and resident retention programs while maintaining high service levels and timely reporting. Strong leadership and knowledge of housing laws are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; CAM or ARM preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions.
• Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site operations and staffing under the Regional Manager.
• Supervise leasing, maintenance, financial and risk management tasks.
• Develop yearly operating budgets and marketing plans.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety and fair housing guidelines.
• Lead emergency response for the property and maintain high resident satisfaction.
• Monitor vendor invoices, deposits, rent collections and reporting.
