Job summary

Asset Living in the United States is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the operations of a housing community under regional supervision. You will supervise personnel, leasing, maintenance, financials, administration and risk management on-site.

You will manage budgets, leasing plans, resident relations, and ensure policy compliance, fair housing and safety. The role requires strong leadership, customer service excellence, and cross-team coordination to uphold property standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Basic computer skills and experience with property management software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Strong leadership and people management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a housing community on-site under Regional Manager supervision.
• Manage personnel, leasing, maintenance, financials, administration & risk management.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety and fair housing guidelines.
• Develop staff schedules, coach and develop on-site team, and monitor performance.
• Lead budgeting, revenue monitoring, and vendor management to achieve NOI goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resident relations, addressing concerns.
