Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduation from The Southern Difference Institute or equivalent combination of education and property management experience.
• Three years of experience in customer service, sales, marketing, or real estate.

Responsibilities

• Assist the property manager in day-to-day onsite operations.
• Assist in hiring, training, coaching and managing the team.
• Ensure policies and quality standards are upheld at all times.
• Support marketing and sales efforts and stay abreast of industry trends.
• Perform leasing, service coordination, administrative, bookkeeping and collections duties as necessary.
• Respond in emergencies and contribute to community engagement.
