Job summary

Coast Property Management is seeking a supervisor for leasing and on-site teams to ensure compliance with regulations and efficient property operations. You will oversee maintenance staff, assist with budgeting, and manage resident inquiries, with emphasis on accuracy and timely responses.

The role involves driving between properties, maintaining safety standards, and supporting marketing and leasing improvements while handling administrative tasks and reporting.

Qualifications

• College education preferred (Experience will be taken into consideration above education.)
• Previous clerical/administrative experience and experience with office computers and software
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive
• Must have reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Supervise leasing team, maintenance team, and on-site contract workers
• Review rental applications and lease agreements for accuracy and compliance
• Ensure buildings meet government and environmental regulations
• Make recommendations for repairs, replacements, or improvements
• Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies
• Schedule on-call personnel and supervise on-site emergencies
• Ensure OSHA standards are followed in work assignments
• Improve marketing and leasing programs
• Maintain accounting records including payroll, invoices, and rent delinquencies
