Job summary

Capstone Management is seeking an on-site team member to manage daily financial transactions and lease activities. You will collect rents, process payments, and maintain accurate records using the community's management software.

The role includes coordinating with maintenance and assisting with leasing and move-ins. The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma, strong math skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong math skills are required.
• Experience with property management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Completes daily transactions and tasks related to financial operations by collecting and posting rent and other payments.
• Operates the property management software and maintains data integrity through updates and backups.
• Reviews resident files to determine unpaid fees and enforces the lease to maximize revenue.
• Reviews and submits vendor invoices, reconciles charges, and coordinates with stakeholders for payments.
• Handles evictions following notice requirements and represents the community in court as needed.
• Processes move-outs, applies deposits, and processes lease cancellations.
