Job summary

Capstone Management seeks a Community Manager to oversee property operations, budgeting, leasing, and staff supervision. You will lead budgeting, revenue targets, and vendor coordination, ensuring compliance with standards and client expectations.

With responsibilities spanning tenant relations, inspections, lease enforcement, and owner communications, you will drive occupancy and asset performance while maintaining safety and curb appeal.

Qualifications

• Supports budget development and financial review for property operations.
• Requires strong budgeting, forecasting and cost control abilities.
• Experience coordinating with vendors, contractors, and service providers.

Responsibilities

• Provides input into the development of budgets for the property.
• Meets targeted revenues by setting rent rates and posting collections.
• Approves invoices from vendors and ensures proper coding and insurance certificates.
• Controls expenditures within the approved budget.
• Oversees lease enforcement including applications, renewals, inspections, evictions, and late fees.
• Gathers and analyzes market trends to inform leasing strategies and occupancy goals.
• Promotes resident satisfaction by addressing complaints and service requests promptly.
• Conducts regular property inspections to maintain safety and appearance.
• Supervises staff through hiring, orientation, and performance management.
• Assists in managing owner relationships and provides performance updates.
