Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Community Manager to lead the property’s operations and team, ensuring budgeted financial and operational goals are met. You will drive leasing, marketing strategies, and client/owner communications while overseeing maintenance, safety, and vendor relations.

The role requires supervising staff, analyzing market trends, and enforcing lease processes, with a focus on maintaining property standards and improving resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years supervisory experience in property management.
• Experience in multi-family property management preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily activities and resources of the property team to meet financial and operational goals.
• Lead hiring, training, and evaluations of staff.
• Develop and implement marketing and leasing strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Model budgets, forecast, and analyze profitability; manage invoices.
• Monitor market trends and adapt property operations and tools accordingly.
• Enforce lease enforcement processes and conduct property tours for clients/owners.
