RangeWater Real Estate is seeking an Assistant Community Manager in Frisco, TX to support the Community Manager in financial and operational tasks for a multifamily property. You will handle rent collections, invoicing, and monthly close reports while aiding leasing and marketing to meet occupancy goals.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work weekends as needed; proficiency with Entrata/Yardi or One Site is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; prior property management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and delivery abilities.
• Familiarity with property management software and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Community Manager with financial and operational duties for the property.
• Process invoices, post rents and payments, and perform monthly close-out reporting.
• Support leasing and marketing efforts to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
