Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate is seeking an Assistant Community Manager in Frisco, TX to support the Community Manager in daily financial and operational tasks. You will handle rent collection, invoicing, and reporting, while assisting with leasing, marketing, and resident relations to achieve occupancy goals.

• High School Diploma or GED required; property management experience preferred.
• Experience in leasing, marketing, and customer service is a plus.
• Proficiency with property management software and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Support Community Manager in overseeing financial and operational duties.
• Handle rent processing, invoicing, deposits, and financial reporting.
• Assist in leasing, marketing, and resident relations to meet occupancy goals.
• Coordinate with maintenance and vendors to ensure property standards.
• Provide on-site supervision in manager's absence and ensure safety and appearance of the property.
