Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Leasing Manager to execute marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals at one of our properties in Frisco, TX. The role involves in-person sales, tours, applications, credit checks, and lease signings, with a focus on resident satisfaction and retention.

The position requires strong communication and presentation skills, experience in property management or sales, and proficiency with Entrata Yardi or OneSite.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; relevant experience preferred.
• Experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service helpful for daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Execute the property's marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Conduct property tours, screen applicants, prepare leases, and ensure smooth move-ins.
• Design and implement offsite marketing to drive traffic and referrals.
• Monitor market trends and adjust leasing plans to maintain competitive occupancy.
• Oversee lease renewals, inspections, and collections as needed.
• Maintain property appearance and safety standards and respond to resident concerns.
