Avenue5 Residential is seeking an Assistant Property Manager in Everett, WA. The role supports the property manager in operations, leasing, and resident services to ensure a positive experience for residents and owners.

Responsibilities include rent collection, reporting, lease administration, and coordinating with maintenance. Prior property management experience and a Yardi Voyager background are preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel) and excellent interpersonal communication.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Assist the property manager in day-to-day property operations and resident relations.
• Manage accounts receivable, rent posting, deposits, and accurate rent rolls.
• Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly financial and leasing reports.
• Process move-ins/move-outs and lease renewals; support leasing and marketing efforts.
