Avenue5 Residential, in Oregon, is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support the property manager in daily operations and ensure resident satisfaction. You will help manage leases, finances, and maintenance, while coordinating with teams to uphold safety and service standards.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in property management, strong organizational skills, and familiarity with leasing processes. A real estate license is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required. Bachelor's degree is preferred
• Two to three years of experience in property management is required
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities is required
• Real estate license is preferred or may be required in some locations
• Prior experience in Yardi Voyager or another equivalent system is preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist the property manager in day-to-day operations of the property
• Maintain accounts receivable including rent collection and posting
• Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly financial and leasing reports
• Audit lease records and files for accuracy
• Assist with move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals
• Inspect buildings and grounds for safety and cleanliness and coordinate repairs
• Provide resident relations and problem resolution support
• Assist with staff training and leasing activities
• Prepare routine correspondence and notices
• Ensure compliance with policies, health and safety rules
