Avenue5 Residential is hiring an Assistant Property Manager at CentrePointe in Everett. You will support the property manager in daily operations, oversee leasing activities, and aim to deliver a positive resident experience while ensuring financial accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of experience in property management is required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities is required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist the property manager in day-to-day operations.
• Oversee lease administration and reporting.
• Maintain accounts receivable, rent posting, and deposits.
• Process move-ins/move-outs and lease renewals.
• Audit lease agreements and resident files for accuracy.
• Assist with training staff on leasing, marketing, and maintenance.
