Job summary

Avenue5 Residential in Marysville, WA seeks a Property Manager to oversee daily property operations, lease administration, and resident experience. You will manage vendor contracts, maintenance, reporting, and strive to deliver top-tier service to residents, associates, and clients.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in property management, with 1–2 years of direct supervisory experience, and a preference for real estate licensure and familiarity with Salesforce.com or Yardi Voyager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3 years property management experience required.
• 1–2 years direct management experience required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities required.
• Real estate license preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Salesforce.com knowledge preferred.
• Yardi Voyager or another equivalent system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations and resident satisfaction.
• Manage lease administration, rent collection, and delinquency.
• Lead recruitment, interviewing, and hiring.
• Develop coaching and development for associates.
• Execute marketing plans to attract residents.
• Ensure compliance with property management guidelines.
• Respond to resident complaints and liaison with corporate office.
• Organize site emergency evacuation plans.
• Maintain safety records and risk management initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
