Job summary

Avenue5 Residential, LLC is seeking an Assistant Property Manager in Oregon to support the Property Manager in daily operations, rent collection, and lease administration. You will help supervise maintenance, coordinate contracts, and ensure resident satisfaction across the property.

The role requires 2–3 years in property management, a high school diploma (Bachelor's preferred), and knowledge of Yardi Voyager or similar systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's preferred is a plus.
• Two to three years of property management experience required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities.
• Real estate license preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Prior experience with Yardi Voyager or similar system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the property manager in day-to-day operations of the property.
• Oversee supplier contracts and maintenance coordination.
• Manage lease administration, monthly reporting, and rent collection.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly financial and leasing reports.
• Audit records and files for lease expirations and delinquencies.
• Assist with move-ins, move-outs and renewals, as needed.
• Support resident relations and issue resolution.
• In the manager's absence, assume property operations responsibility.
