Avenue5 Residential is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support the property manager in daily operations on-site in Oregon. You will oversee leasing, resident relations, reporting, and vendor coordination to ensure a smooth property experience.

The role emphasizes ensuring resident satisfaction, managing lease activity, and maintaining accurate financials. A strong customer service mindset and organizational skills are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of property management experience required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities required.
• Real estate license preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Prior experience with Yardi Voyager or similar system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the property manager in day-to-day property operations and resident relations.
• Maintain accounts receivable, rent collection, and accurate rent roll.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial and leasing reports.
• Audit lease records and resident files for accuracy.
• Process move-in, move-out, and lease renewals.
• Assist with training staff on leasing, marketing, and office operations.
• Respond to resident relations and problem resolution.
• Operate in compliance with company policies and safety rules.
