Avenue5 Residential is seeking an Assistant Property Manager in Everett, WA. The role supports the property manager in operations, lease administration, and resident relations. You will help ensure efficient property performance while coordinating with maintenance and staff.

The position demands a solid understanding of leasing processes, reporting, and customer service, with a focus on compliance and teamwork within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two to three years property management experience required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities required.
• Real estate license preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Prior experience with Yardi Voyager or another equivalent system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the property manager in day-to-day operations, resident satisfaction, retention, and full lifecycle activities.
• Manage accounts receivable: collect rent, post rent, deposits, and rent roll.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly financial and leasing reports.
• Audit records for lease expirations, delinquencies, and detainers.
• Process evictions and attend court hearings.
• Lease apartments as needed.
• Inspect buildings and grounds for safety and coordinate with maintenance.
• Move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Train staff on leasing, marketing, maintenance and office operations.
• Prepare routine correspondence and notices.
