Job summary

Landmark Properties is seeking a Community Manager to lead the site team, drive occupancy targets, and manage budgets to maximize NOI. You will supervise leasing, maintenance, and resident services while ensuring quality service and regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong communication, decision-making, and organizational skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional resident experiences and maintaining asset value.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in various property management roles; preferably in student housing.
• Locally mandated licenses/certifications strongly preferred and in some cases required.
• Must have completed 1 full leasing cycle in previous position.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School Diploma equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Direct site team to achieve occupancy targets and NOI.
• Lead staff meetings, evaluations, and hiring decisions.
• Prepare monthly financial and budget reports; monitor expenses.
• Coordinate leasing, marketing strategies, and resident relations.
• Ensure Fair Housing compliance and incident documentation.
