Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years in residential leasing or property management.
• 2+ years with LIHTC/Section 8 property management.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Train property staff and supervise office operations.
• Maintain a neat, clean office and welcoming environment.
• Evaluate staff performance and conduct annual reviews.
• Counsel underperforming staff and provide feedback.
• Prepare timesheets, payroll adjustments, and reports.
• Oversee leasing activities and occupancy goals.
• Ensure compliance with LIHTC/Section 8 regulations.
• Manage certifications, inspections, and audits.
