Job summary

Cornerstone Residential is seeking a Floating Property Manager to lead resident service and manage operations, leasing activity, renewals, collections, financial reporting, supplies, and communications for an assigned residential property. This role oversees day-to-day operations and ensures compliance with company policies, Fair Housing, and applicable multi-family housing laws.

The position includes managing a property team, coordinating with maintenance, and driving occupancy and income

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years’ LIHTC multi-family property manager experience.
• Working knowledge of OneSite or similar PM software.
• HUD/LIHTC experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations to meet budgeted goals.
• Manage maintenance with the team and ensure permits compliance.
• Maintain financial records, invoices, rent rolls and reports.
• Monitor rent collection and enforce lease terms.
• Lead staff with training and performance reviews.
• Develop marketing strategies to maximize occupancy.
• Perform other duties to support property operations.
