Job summary

Associa is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to support the General Manager and lead onsite operations at a residential property in Miami. The AGM will schedule staff, manage daily operations, and supervise the concierge desk while ensuring homeowner concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.

The role includes board meeting support, safety oversight, and coordination with HR on employee performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of department level management experience at property level.
• Prior supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedule employees and manage daily operations of the property.
• Oversee concierge desk and respond to homeowner concerns and communications.
• Attend board meetings and prepare materials for presentation to the board/homeowners.
• Manage safety systems and emergency procedures across the property.
• Coordinate with GM/HR on employee coaching, discipline and performance.
• Oversee financial activities including invoicing, payroll processing, and budgeting support.
• Regularly inspect and maintain cleanliness and organization of BOH, amenity areas, and building common areas.
