Job summary

Access Management is seeking a Community Association General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a Ft. Myers area community. You will supervise property maintenance, vendor contracts, budgeting, and financial reporting, interfacing with homeowners, board members, and committees.

The role includes onsite food and beverage operations oversight and adherence to company policies. The ideal candidate has a Florida CAM license and at least five years of HOA/COA/POA management experience,

Qualifications

Florida Community Association Manager license is required.
Minimum 5 years actively managing community associations (HOA/COA/POA).
Hospitality experience is preferred.
Strong knowledge of MS Office and CAM software such as Vantaca preferred.

Responsibilities

Supervise the operation and administration of the community in accordance with the management agreement and policies.
Act as liaison with the Association Board of Directors and homeowners as needed.
Perform administrative and management duties as requested by the Board.
Review financial reports and submit management summaries to the Board.
Oversee budgeting, vendor management, and procurement procedures.
Coordinate and oversee inspections, architectural reviews, and compliance with CC&R.
Manage food and beverage operations in collaboration with the executive chef and FOH manager.
Maintain records, vendor contracts, and ensure regulatory compliance.
