Job summary

Action Property Management is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations for a premier HOA community. You will nurture relationships with homeowners, the Board, and on-site teams while upholding Action’s standards of excellence and integrity.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of onsite HOA management, knowledge of budgeting, and CMCA certification (or plan to obtain). This on-site role requires strong communication and leadership in a 55+ community setting.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of onsite HOA General Management experience.
• CMCA certification preferred or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Strong budgeting knowledge and experience with audits, reserve studies, bidding processes, and governing documents.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and effective presentation abilities.
• Excellent time management and ability to work independently and follow up on issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop on-site staff to foster a high-performing work environment.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and performance standards.
• Serve as liaison between Board of Directors, homeowners, and Action Property Management.
• Attend Board meetings, prepare detailed reports, and present strategic recommendations.
• Oversee daily operations to maintain property quality, safety, and service.
• Develop and manage annual budgets and monitor financial performance.
