Job summary

Associa is seeking a diligent Community Association Manager to join our team. You will work closely with boards, homeowners, and vendors to ensure exceptional service and smooth operations across communities.

In this role, you will travel to client associations for meetings and inspections, prepare annual disclosures and financial statements, review reports, and advise on major capital projects while maintaining strong communication and service standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience in Community Management or related industry.
• Proficiency in business correspondence (grammar, structure, punctuation, spelling).
• Proficient in customer service and conflict resolution.

Responsibilities

• Act as or oversee liaison with the Association Board of Directors and homeowners.
• Travel to client associations to attend board meetings and events.
• Prepare annual disclosure packages, annual meeting notifications, and annual financial statement packages for all homeowners and arrange bulk mailing as required by statute or governing documents.
• Review monthly financial reports and ensure management summaries are submitted to the association Board of Directors.
• Provide and/or oversee recommendations to the Association Board and committees regarding major capital expenditures.
• Other duties as assigned.
