RealManage Elevated Onsite is hiring an Assistant General Manager to support the Association's daily operations, governance, and resident services in Hollywood, FL. The role reports to the General Manager and collaborates with the Board, vendors, and staff.

You will help in budgeting, financial reporting, and overseeing facilities, with a focus on excellent resident experiences and compliance with HOA standards. Requires leadership and Florida LCAM credentials.

Formación

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service excellence and resident-facing communication.
• Ability to interpret financial statements and budgets.
• Knowledge of HOA governance and board operations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred; LCAM in Florida required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the General Manager in daily administration and operations.
• Serve as Acting General Manager when designated by the Board.
• Coordinate operational initiatives and departmental activities.
• Prepare Board packets, notices, and meeting materials.
• Maintain corporate records and governing documents; support governance tasks.
• Oversee maintenance of common areas, amenities, and facilities; monitor contracts.
