KW PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AND CONSULTING in Miami, FL is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to assist in daily property operations and leadership alongside the Property Manager. You will help ensure the property is maintained and operated according to KWPM objectives and oversee on-site team development.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, and familiarity with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a related position.
• High School diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Working knowledge of computer and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to multi-task and manage priorities.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish may be required at some communities.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and organizes meetings and department activities.
• Prioritizes a large volume of information and calls.
• Liaises with other departments and outside agencies.
• Handles confidential information and explains policies.
• Maintains account information in computer database.
• Prepares Board meeting minutes and agendas.
• Codes and enters invoices for the community.
• Oversees office staff and supply orders.
• Ensures timely response to messages and emails.
• Oversees vendor packets and license/insurance expirations.
