Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a related position; a minimum of 2 years’ experience.
• Ability to multi-task, set and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate security, front desk, valet, maintenance, housekeeping and office staff to deliver seamless service.
• Develop and update policy and procedures for Security and Receiving operations.
• Maintain a professional image and ensure resident satisfaction through courteous service.
• Communicate resident and guest concerns to the Management Office and manage relationships.
• Support resident communications and build positive relationships with residents and the Association.
